Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Package

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the package and product.

Currently, we primarily ship within India. If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country.
